The International Poultry Council (IPC) was formed to bring together poultry industry leaders from around the world to address issues of trade, science, and improve relations among nations.

Value and Benefits

The IPC was designed to represent all poultry associations in addressing consumer issues and policies and representing the poultry industry before the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), the FAO (The UN’s Food & Agriculture Organization and the Codex Alimentarius.

The poultry industry is a global concern and now there is a global association that will initiate and develop policies to advance the interests of the poultry industry. That global association is the International Poultry Council. Participating in the IPC meetings is a great opportunity to meet the leaders in the world’s poultry industry and to have an impact on the policies and decisions for the world’s poultry industry.
